The whole project consists of two areas divided into A to K buildings. Individual buildings have 4 to 5 floors; garages are built on a level of a half-sunk underground floor. The construction will take place in several phases and will begin with F, G and H buildings. We have prepared a lot of apartment layouts so that anyone can find a suitable type ranging from 1 room + kitchenette to 5 rooms + kitchenette. Each apartment has a balcony or a spacious terrace. All buildings have a lift. The kitchens are basic with no kitchen units. I, J, D and E buildings cascade towards the South. In both areas there will be over 578 flats.

The location is accessible from the West by Arménská Street. In the South it borders with the Pheasantry forest park (Bažantnice); behind the park there is a modern swimming pool and mini-golf. The forest park hides a romantic pond with a little island. If you long to have a longer walk in a quiet environment, 150 m South-East from the F building there is a forest leading you to another pond close to Hřebeč village.
Kladno, situated 25 km North-West from Prague, has very good connections by road, rail and air. It is dissected by road No. 30, heading from Příbram via Beroun to North Bohemia. The Prague – Karlovy Vary (R6/E48) motorway (exit Unhošť) lies 4 km to the South East. Close-by Kladno there is a motorway (R7) connecting Prague and Chomutov in North Bohemia. From Arménská Street you will turn to road No. 61 that will lead you around Buštěhrad and Lidice directly to the motorway. Railway No. 120 runs through Kladno from Prague to North Bohemia. As part of connecting Prague and Ruzyně Airport (16 km from Kladno) the railway will be modernised and subsequently will have fast suburban trains on the Kladno – Prague line. About 4 km from Kladno there is a grass airport belonging to the Kladno Aeroclub.
Kladno railway station lies about 2 km to the West from the project location.
Next to Oáza Shopping Centre there is bus No. 9 stop ( municipal transport ); the final stop of buses No. 3, 6 and 13 are about 400 m away towards the South. Since 2000 the passengers have been able to use a chip card or to pay cash to the driver. An advance sale of paper tickets for individual journeys does not exist. Chip cards can also be used for Kladno - Prague transport lines.
Kladno, the biggest town of the Central Bohemia, offer its citizens a lot of cultural and sports opportunities (castles, museums, cinemas, theatres, galleries, a water park, athletic and winter stadiums, football grounds, tennis and squash courts, and other sports grounds).
In the immediate neighbourhood of the project location there is the recently-opened Oáza Shopping Centre and shops such as Mountfield, OKAY Elektrospotřebiče (electric appliances), Sportisimo, Gate and a BILLA supermarket. The elementary school is situated within a distance of 200 m, kindergarten 300 m, post office 200 m and another supermarket 250 m. The closest petrol station (OMV) is located 1.5 km away and the Police Station 1 km.
At the third stop of lines 3 and 13 from the GARDEN SPOT apartment complex you will find TESCO, at the next stop you will find Kaufland, McDonald’s, and a range of other shops, a market hall, and all services.
